Amy grew up in the suburbs of Long Island singing Barbara Streisand hits into her hairbrush. When she’s not writing her hilarity fueled parenting memoir as The Outnumbered Mother, she’s a Florida living, butt wiping, soccer team carting, gourmet chef attempting, tennis skirt wearing, non-tennis playing, self-proclaimed bad mamma jamma to 3 sons and a very understanding husband. You can find Amy’s work as a featured writer for Scary Mommy, The Huffington Post, and In The Powder Room.
I just read your post on scary mommy. I am looking forward to reading your blog. I am also the mother of three boys so I am interested to see the contrast between your experiences and my own. Thanks of putting yourself out into the universe for other mothers to see, learn from, and laugh over your foibles. It takes a brave woman to do that.
Yay! Boy moms unite! I’m glad you liked the post and I hope you enjoy the blog. And you’re welcome. 🙂
Just read your Disney post, and can’t wait to read the other entries! You wrapped it up beautifully. We moms all do share a common language. I love the family fun = Loch Ness Monster!
I’ll have to get caught up here with you. I have 2 boy-children and a hubby-child 🙂
Sweet! Welcome to the crazy my friend!
Just found your blog, and I am LMAO! I also have 3 boys (6, 7 and 8) and always enjoy hearing from other MOBs.
Yay! Welcome to my corner of crazy!
A mom of 3 boys as well, having a good laugh as i read your posts thinking I could have written every single one myself. Great stuff!!
I have two boys and always enjoy a good laugh over other mom’s experiences:)
Oh my goodness, I am new to the blogging world, and I have a 6 month old…. **Sigh**, yes I know, I am nuts! How on earth do you find time to do all your amazingness with three boys?! I have one and I am trying to set up my blog while I eat cookies in the toilet hiding from my husband because I just did a “Drive by Baby” and told him I was going to the bathroom and that was 15 minutes ago. More power to you because it is hard!!!! You rock! Hopefully I will finish setting up my blog by the time he is 18!
